It is possible to run your car on water alone, and it has been proved. I am not talking of an hydrogen supplement to mix with petrol or diesel, I am talking of a stand alone system to erase completely petrol or diesel need.

 I have been experimenting and it works very well. I have now built a bigger fuel cell generator to power my Royce. Few problems, but with patience and a lot of research I will go through it.
